Note: This site might seem inactive… That’s because it is. Don’t worry though, I’m still coding webpages and stuff! If you’re interested, I suggest you get a translator and head over to Qiwi; or you could just check the latest site we’ve been working on: Apotheek Goethals – Debrabandere. Enjoy!

I’m posting this because Rogier mentioned me in his chain-post-meme entry (liked that?). I tried to translate the questions to English, though I don’t feel like I fully succeeded in doing that. Grammar checkers are more than welcome to let me know!
- How much music do you have on your computer?
- 1 MB, maybe. I store all those 17.3 gigs on my iPod, you know.
- What’s the last record you bought?
- The excellent The Tipping Point by The Roots.
- What was the last song you listened to before posting this?
- Pink Floyd – Us and Them.
- Name four songs to which you listen a lot, or who mean a lot to you.
- Lately, I’ve been listening to Apocalyptica’s version of Hall of the Mountain King a lot. Damn, that song rocks. But there are way too many songs to which I listen a lot, so here are some that get me emotionally involved: Krezip – I Would Stay, Andy – Boem Boem Boem, Saybia – The Day After Tomorrow.
- Who would you like to annoy by passing them the estafette stick?
- Let’s see… How about Luke, Colin, and Indranil? (I’m sorry, guys. :P)

A meme from Mathibus (read his here): How much music do you have on your computer? I’ve got around 5 gig on my machine. I don’t listen to a lot of it any more. Using online radio stations seems more dynamic… when they bother to update their […]- Trackback made on January 16th, 2005 @ 2:57 am

Both Rob and Matthew made my day by mentioning me in their posts participating in that musical baton meme that appears to be taking over all weblogs — again…- Trackback made on May 21st, 2005 @ 9:05 am
Nice list :)
But don’t you have a back-up of the files you have on your iPod? Just in case it crashes or something like that.
Nope, no backup. I wouldn’t know where to store all that data, with just a 40 GB hard disk on the computer — as much place as there is on the iPod! I just hope it will never crash in such a catastrophic way I’d lose all my music.
Dude! You really need a good back-up solution. I couldn’t possibly start to imagine how I would feel, if I lost all my music. I recently purchased a 250 GB external hard drive, just to keep my back-up up-to-date.
Back in the days (when Napster had just begun) my hard drive crashed and I lost about 250 mp3’s (some very rare) and I was sad for almost a week :D I don’t want to go there again.
Andy – Boem Boem Boem ? LMAO, I still remember that one!
You… you…
Cool list, by the way.
Hehe. I’m working on mine. It’ll be up in a day or two.
I need a good backup program… My backups are never up to date. That’s why I post most of my pictures to Flickr and my bookmarks to del.icio.us.
I almost bought a 60 GB iPod Photo but I bought a USB/FireWire disk of 80 GB instead… I saved €400 with that choice!
Zertox: I’m using Retrospect Express which came with my external HD. And I must say, so far I have been very pleased with it. It automatically checks which files are already on my external drive and then starts adding the files which are new. It also as an option to compress your back-up files.
And my external drive has a one-touch-back-up-button (yes, it’s a Maxtor), so I’m making a back-up every day (and it’s only 1 second to press the button). No hassle.
I want an iPod.
I want a PowerBook.
